Sterling Silver Love Knot Ring

When I was a young girl, I noticed the booth of an artisan jeweler at a craft show.  This jeweler made sterling silver jewelry, completely by hand, and that was something I had never even considered as a possibility.  As I looked over the artist's work, I sadly realized that I could not afford to buy anything.  That was when a sweet little ring caught my eye.  The jeweler informed that this ring was referred to as a "love knot" and, always a romantic (even as a child), I just NEEDED that ring.  Imagine my overwhelming happiness when the jeweler gave me a price that I could actually pay!

In a way, I credit my career as a jeweler to that dainty little "love knot" ring.  It provided me with a tangible representation of the interest I discovered on that day, a fascination that has remained with me throughout my lifetime.  

I have felt compelled to create rings in the same style for my customers, in the hope that they might, in their turn, kindle the creative flame within a future artisan jeweler.
 Unlike most of my work, I intend to make this style for the entirety of my career.
